INTRODUCTION Why a book on collaborative practice The collaborative practice was born in the United States in the late eighties and has since spread throughout the world. While on this subject there are several publications and scientific articles intended for insiders, there are very few popularizing manuals. Instead I believe that the book, together with the direct testimony of those who have used the collaborative practice, is the best tool to understand this method that has solved a large number of cases in the world. This volume is intended to be a simple and easy-to-understand tool for those approaching collaborative practice, for the parties but also for professionals and legal operators who want to know this innovative method. How this book is organized All the aspects of collaborative practice are explained by using numerous examples, practical cases and true stories, which make it possible to make every situation more comprehensible, even the most complicated; obviously the names of the people involved have been opportunely changed respecting their privacy. For how it is structured, the book is a tool that allows to deepen the method of collaborative practice and its possible uses.
