What is the procedure that settles disputes for children  between unmarried parents?

The procedure for regulating the exercise of parental responsibility, for the determination of the equalization allowance and also the assignment of the family home, in the case of children of unmarried parents, is governed by the rules of the chamber procedure pursuant to art. 737 of the civil code. The procedure is initiated with an appeal to the ordinary Court and ends with a reclaimable provision, before the competent Court of Appeal.
