Charter of children's rights in the separation of parents

The Charter of the rights of the children in the separation of the parents.
An important step for the protection of children in the delicate phase of their parents' separation.
The Charter, which takes the perspective of minor children involved in the parental crisis, is divided into ten points, ten rights - from the right to continue to love and be loved by both parents and to keep their affections, to the right to be heard and to express their feelings and respect for their times - which draw inspiration from the New York Convention on the Rights of the Child and Adolescent.
The document, which promotes the centrality of the child, is the result of a choral work, where a fundamental role was played by the Children's Council, the precious body used by the Childhood Guarantor Authority: a strong signal and a step forward for the rights of children and young people.
